Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using WhatsAV, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features that require sign-in.
Adult eligibility and access
WhatsAV contains an adult-content catalogue and is intended only for users who have reached the legal adult age in their location and may lawfully access such material. You are responsible for following applicable local laws and network or device rules.
Nature of the service
- WhatsAV is a video metadata search and discovery tool, not a publisher, producer, transaction platform, or official authoritative record.
- The public catalogue may contain third-party-related titles, codes, people, makers, labels, series, genres, dates, images, and previews.
- Catalogue information may be missing, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that all data remains available or error-free.
Accounts and security
- Registration information must be usable and must not impersonate another person or violate their rights.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.
- If you discover unauthorized account use, contact support@whatsav.com promptly.
Comments and user content
- You are responsible for comments and other content you submit.
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, privacy-invasive, spam, promotional, or malicious content.
- To protect the service and its users, we may hide or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
- Do not use automation to impose unreasonable load, collect personal information at scale, or support unlawful activity.
- Do not impersonate WhatsAV or falsely claim authorization, partnership, or official affiliation.
Rights, corrections, and removal
Names, trademarks, images, and other materials may belong to their respective rights holders. For data corrections, rights concerns, or removal requests, email support@whatsav.com with the page URL, an explanation, and verifiable supporting information.
Changes and disclaimers
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and maintenance, failures, or external dependencies may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WhatsAV is provided as is, without guarantees of catalogue accuracy, continuous availability, or protection from indirect losses arising from use.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the latest date on this page. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. Questions may be sent to support@whatsav.com.
